one of the reasons I can think of is not providing enough details. Which course did u apply to? was it a diploma or PG diploma course? u have completed Masters its not advisable for u to do PG diploma or diploma that is not a logical progression of ur education. need to know ur course to know if its a mismatch to ur previous studies.
