Refusal stating " Not convinced you will leave canada ..... based on the purpose of your visit .

Good Day ,

I had applied to study Culinary Management at Centennial College in Toronto for which i was accepted and subsequently applied for my study permit , however i was issued a refusal letter with the reason stating " I do not believe you will leave canada at the end of your stay based on the purpose of your visit " . I was not too sure what this meant as i have sufficient travel history and also clearly stated that i wished to return to my Home country and start my own restaurant . I reworked my SOP and applied again to which i was again Denied .

As for more information about me , I'm hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Management , after graduating i had started my own startup which ran for 1.5 years . I exited the venture and started my own Takeaway Restaurant which ran very successfully for 9 months . I have applied to this 2 year Diploma programme to gain more technical understanding of the restaurant industry as i do not have formal education in the field . I am 23 Years Old .

I am now planning to reapply with more Financial Documents such as
1) House Property Documents
2) Other Financial Investments of my Family
3) Supporting Letter from College stating they believe my course is relevant to my area of study
4) Notarised Affidavit from my Father stating that he is willing to invest in my Future project
5) Notarised Affidavit stating that i am the only child to my parents and must return to my Home country to manage all our financial assets .

I have also reworked my SOP to more clearly state my intent for studying this course as i require formal training on its subjects ,

I have also applied for CAIPS Notes .

I Would really appreciate any Inputs / recommendation / Feedback of my proposed plan of action and (if any ) changes i should make , or how i should proceed .

I look forward any sort of assistance from anybody here.

I also got 2 rejections waiting for gcms report. Also looking for a good economical consultant.

Given that you ran your own successful takeaway restaurant, you have a business degree and started your own start-up it would seem unnecessary to take a culinary management diploma.

What iv stated in my Letter of Purpose is that , i lack formal education and understanding of the various technical aspects involved in the running of the Restaurant which caused me a lot of problems , and as i wish to open a fine dining restaurant i wish to familiar with these subjects before starting my new venture .

Do you think this is a convincing reason or do would recommend i add anything else to also ?
