You can't change your travel history. In am guessing you have relatives in Canada and the low IELTS score. You need to work on those.

Unfortunately not but you can always apply and see what they do as CIC is the one which makes decisions and not us.
An IELTS score of at least 6.5 in all bands is recommended for any University/college program.
You should enrol in some English language programs at your home country and retake IELTS.
