Refusal Sept 2014 Intake General Category should i re-apply.. help me urgently

i applied on 15th july and visa was rejected :

Second Time applied in General Category on 28 july 2014

Refusal on 20th aug

others reason - i am not satisfied that your proposed course of study makes sense. iam not satisfied you are a genuine student who would depart from Canada at the end of the period authorized for your study.

I want to ask from seniors that should i re-apply within a day or two with supporting letter from college that my previous education is directly connected with each other studied business in B.COM and going for IBM which also business course

i also submitted CA report stating my property, FDs, CAR and bank balance etc with addition of loan letter from State Bank Of India which i used fro 1 semester fee (family ties)

Course applied @ Fanshawe College (1 year IBM)

Paid full year fee for the course

GIC as living expenses.

{below is the profile :

Ielts - 6.5 overall (L=6 R=6.5 W=6.5 S-7.5)

B.com

1st year = 70%

2nd year = 69%

3rd year = 66%

Diploma

2 year AD3D+ animation Diploma from MAAC = B+ Grade

10+2 = 44%

No backlogs at all}

i don't understand the refusal. your profile is completely fine. By the way, get bonafide certificate aka Character certificate from your college that you're a genuine student .

That will help you too. Apply Asap.

i also submitted Bonafide and provisional certificate from My college (B.COM ) along with my application What should i add to my application this time ?

one more thing should i add all the documents again that i listed in my first post including funding docs and affadavit signed by parents that i will return to india which i submitted last time.... should i apply paper based or online... what should i add in sop (re appeal or reapply etc) ?

cant we re file immediately if u can understand the reason clearly mentioned and by clarifying them... ?

I am not a senior here but I would like to suggest you to have a deferred offer letter ready from the college. Just in case if you does not get a reply from high commission by say 28th of august then email your new offer letter to them(this might help, since its too late)
