[Refusal] Received CAIPS and comment of visa officer, please help and suggest

Hello everyone , I've received my CAIPS and the comment is as follow-

"Application, supporting documents, level of stufies, academic ability and last educational institution considered. Concerns: Low scores in areas of study that would form core of future studies. No logical Progression of course given courses done in the past and how PA has been occupied since completion of last studies. Low English language scores in previous studies Proposed program is not reasonable in light of past studies. academic scores and language abilities. I am therefore not satisfied that applicant Is a bonafide temporary resident who will leave Canada following the completion of studies. Refused. "


Please help me what should I do now please

was there any backlog during Btech? and u did Btech from which clg?

May b the CHC wants higher academic scores to get into a university.I think agr tu c kise clg lai apply kita hunda ta surely visa mil janda?

I have not any backlog during my btech and I did btech from lovely professional university ... is there any chance if I apply for college now ?

You need to increase your IELTS score if you want to take a Masters in Canada. You should have no individual score below 6.5. The university may have accepted you - but CIC has minimum standards as well. Don't bother reapplying until you have improved your IELTS scores.
