I know this thread has been done to death on here, butfelt it was stillworth askig about. I will be doing my e-apr application upload and paying of fees this weekend and wanted to know any other issues, (big or small) that people had that have caused rejection. I believe I have everything I need, employment reference letters, proof of funds, photo, medical sheet, Education (inc degree, IELTS and WES report), etc.

Any thoughts are welcomed as always

It is one of the reasons of rejection !
CSE with colored PCC asap is the only solution !

Thank Faraz. I did send the CSE last week, waiting for the response. Not sure, when it will get updated. Is there a chance that the Officer reviews before the CSE reaches them?

Based on the latest thread (#276) in the following thread, the officer will not review this, and if it reviews it will pass. ! I am positive !

You will be safe with CSE as according the thread I have hope that your file will meet the officer before they have started to scrutinize your application.

GUYS,

I replied to the question (has XXX applied to IRCC before?) with no... I study in Canada with a study permit!

Now I got ITA.. some ppl say the answer to this question should be yes.. is it true?

Can I fix this now after ITA or my application will be rejected!

seriously the question is not clear at all!!!

PLEASE HELP...

The question is clear enough and the answer is obvious - you applied to IRCC for study permit which means the answer is YES.
I don't know if you can fix it now though.

I applied to CIC!... Not to IRCC for immigration

Im asking what stream are you? CEC, FSW Outland or PNP?? Write all the details you have. Depends when your processing happen, and it depends on the stream!
