Hello Everyone,
I reside in Canada from past 3 years, did my studies here and on PGWP currently. My mom dad residing in New Delhi, India applied for a TRV 6 months ago and got rejected for the first time.
Secondly, a immigration firm in New Delhi advised us to reapply visa for my mom, and we did showed all the specified amount of money and assets as we were instructed by the immigration consultant.
My Mom's TRV got refused once again on following grounds :
Grounds for refusal:
· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

Can someone please explain how can we proceed now?

What was the length of the trip?

What assets/ties to India did you show?

Hi,

It seems your mother lacking the strong ties to go back to India.

Good Luck

The length of the trip for first application was 2 months, and that was refused.
Second time we scheduled it for 2 weeks, and that too got rejected. Showed account balance for $11k in addition with property and my dad's ITR. We did showed everything that was advised by our consultant but still got rejected.
A letter was also attached to their application that was drafted by myself stating that I will be taking care of all of their expenses incurred in Canada during their stay.

How strong ties is the immigration officer looking for?
Because we did everything as we were instructed to do both time, but still got refusal

I am not sure what exactly you showed for the reason she would be back to India.
Can you share the documents you attached along with the application?

Good Luck

To get a response from someone you need to include more information in regards to what was submitted. This will help people help you. The reasons alone are to vague for anyone to help

I am not able to attach it to thread, but it was property evaluation papers, bank statements, dad's ITR statements, Letter sent out by me stating my employment and studies information.

Does you mother has her name on the property?
Did you have any sibling who would be back in India?
Do she has any job which she would have to resume back in India?
Do she has any loan?
Do she owns vehicle or leased any vehicle?
Do she has relatives in India?

Yes, she has name on property
I have younger brother, 15 years old
She is a house wife
No loans under her name
No vehicles under her name

Did you mentioned this in LOE, that you have a sibling & your mom can not stay for longer with you as she needs to take care of her younger one and your dad.
Besides this the property needs to be taken care.
Do mention if she has her sibling(s) back in India, which would be another good reason she would be back after her stay in Canada.

Good Luck

Seems unusual that she would be denied. I can only imagine that they didn't like something about the papers that you submitted.

I would recommend applying for GCMS notes before you apply again. The notes will give you more details on precisely why she's being refused. Once you know that, you can fix that issue when you apply for a third time.

Google "Get GCMS notes" and use one of sites that come up. You shouldn't pay more than $20-30. It will take a month to get the notes.
