If someone has parent-in-law there in canada and upon their invitation, he applied, but IRCC imposed allegation that you have Significant Ties in Canada. then how to deal with this reason? and shall applicant has to apply instantly 2nd time? or there is any advise?

Wow…spent countless responses with you and you then post again. Thought you had been refused more than once. Hire an immigration lawyer to help you and answer your questions. You were refused because your spouse and kids have visas, and applied first. Spouse and kids will be in Canada on TRVs.

You are one of these people asking 10 times the same questions expecting 11 different answers.
