You should not be sharing your ID and password with strangers. This is a very bad idea. You don't know any of us on this forum.

Told your spouse in canada to go to local MP office and provide them with application and UCI number, they can help you in getting reason about refusal.
2nd option apply for gcms notes u need UCI and application number to fill the forms. Person in canada can apply on your behalf and fees is $5. It will take around 30 days to get notes
