Refusal letter for NOC mismatch

I applied in may 2010 (full app package)
In August 2011 I received letter that London office will process my case in 10 months
Now I received NOC mismatch latter

Finally I got Bull*censored word* that my duties do not match with NOC and I sent review request that two years back they consider my case for process and now they have objection of mismatch NOC
I sent my review request on 15th March 2012 and uptill now I did not receive any replay plz help seniors
i should wait for reply or i should send them reminder
is there any hope or not?

this is really sad to know your refusal.
CHC london is refusing many applicants on this baseless reason. i dont understand why they accepted file at first place at CIC if these application are not meeting the MI criteria.
There is a verb little hope that they will consider your request and reprocess you file.

but yes you should send them reminder.

I wish they will restart your processing.

The orginal reason they know well.

Review wouldnt work.

Wait for the new list. May be you have a better luck next time.

Its better to leave the idea of Canada....coz they proved themselves that the government is very non-serious, biased, and dont care about people....they just kept our files for 2 years and one evening they sent the rejection, i am sure, without even opening the files....most of the officers in these visa offices are "censored word" who are just acting as stupids and idiots on the orders of Kenny the biggest idiot...

I think u shold send them another letter. The VOs are human beings like us and are prone to errors. I personally consider this an act of error. So press for it to be reconsidered. We've had a few cases where pples rights were going to be denied them, but they stood up to demand their right and eventually got the visa. So send a reminder, make a call or do any rational thing to draw their attention to ur case.

you have said the funniest thing I have ever heard in this life.
They dont reject people out of Nothing.
They are the qualified judges and dont reject in error. lol. come on.
navali must had something that didnt make them approve his case.
Duties mismatch is the most common issue nowadays they are using to reject the cases.
May be they dont need these applicants.

Where there was misscalculation ,VO recosidered but JD missmatch ,I am afraid sir .No example so for hopefully sham w'd be the first one

The only possibility is to prove, line by line to them, that your work experience matches the lead statement and at least 50% of the NOC duties.

If you can demonstrate this with the supporting documentation that CIC had in their possession at the time they made their decision, then IMO it is worth trying to appeal. Nothing to lose. But don't get your hopes up. Re-applying is probably the best chance you have.

Minister Kenney is due to hold a press conference this afternoon, but it seems this is going to be regarding criminal deportation.

After reconsideration letter of refusal reason of not enough major duties, my status changed from Decision made to RBVO and decision line is removed.
However I have not yet any reply of sent letter one month ago.
