Refusal letter but vfs site showing still processed

Hi ,

I had applied for my spouse open work permit visa unfortunately i got refusal letter through mail but VFS is showing your trackinf id is still processed and i did not get passport back.

Please help is there any possibility to approved the visa

15th june i had applied and few days back i got the mail from canada immigration that your application has been refused

The VFS site is not linked to the IRCC system. The refusal letter you have received is based on the final decision. You will get your passport back in a couple of days
