Refusal in express entry

1) For one year in Toronto, i worked in restaurant. I worked there as manager. We have only 1 part time employee sometimes even no one. Means to say like i am only the full time as well as part time employee there. “In a nuttshell, I have only this experience of 1 year as a manager from this small restaurant with almost no employees..Am i eligible for having this restaurant experience for CEC requirement?”

2) My study from India and Canada is not in restaurant field. In India I did BTech in Mechanical Engineering and in Canada 2 year PG diploma in Quality Engineering. so, basically my study is not in this field so its fine for CEC requirement?

No its on WorkPermit. I am just concerning that Company profile matters or not?
Its required to have a Qualification in restaurant field for adding an experience?

My Express Entry application is refused because there was a typo error in "Statuary Declaration" given by my manager (for work experience). Instead of 2012 it was mentioned as 2018 (future date) and which meant that I had zero work experience.

Please recommend if I should re-apply or create a case with CIC by proving the correct document and what all documents should I submit again.

You will have to submit a new profile and re-apply, unfortunately.

Hey guys,

I was refused PR stating that the self declaration I provided is insufficient evidence to prove my job duties.
When i selected my job duties, I couldn’t find anything related to this in the NOC so I selected administrative assistants 1241. However, after refusal i contacted my manager and she confirmed that my job duties are more than what i have selected and that i have selected the incorrect ones. My question is, if I now provide the correct job duties with correct NOC code after providing incorrect self declaration, will I be considered a fraud?

Please help. Every other thread has just said get legal help and that is it. Even legalfalcon sir said i can and stopped replying after that.

Please confirm if i can change my duties for the same job after refusal.

You can re-apply, and you can fix your previous errors. What else is there to say? Would have to see the `before and after´ letters to have an opinion about whether there is anything suspicious.

Hopefully, you have learned to not "self declare" and will get a genuine reference letter from your employer this time, which contains all the required information. See the section on proof of work experience, here -

visa officer said that he is not satisfied with my employment. “I am not satisfied with your employment corresponds to Customer service supervisor-retail NOC 6211”. He just refused my file without asking further justification on my employment after one and half month. I think I selected wrong NOC because I was working on private financial institution (like services offering western union or cashing cheques etc.) not on retail store like grocery store or clothing stores. My consultant already applied for GCMS notes. I am not in express entry pool after refusal right now.
Can anyone suggest me what to do bow ?
Should I need to apply again for express entry again with correct NOC and add some relevant duties after applying new ITA.?
