Hello Every one,

I applied for Visit visa in July from Saudi Arabia. unfortunately got refusal in November with the following reasons.

*The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

*Your current employment situation does not show that you are financially established in your country of residence.

*Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.

Please advise how to deal with these reasons. Shall i reapply with the help consultant.

Thank you

Order GCMS notes. Assume you are not a Saudi citizen so that is an issue. You need to show strong ties to return and if Saudi is not your country of citizenship, then what are your ties. Are you on a work permit? How long have you been in Saudi? What is your current job and salary? IRCC wants to see that you are making good money. Do you own a home, investment properties business. What were reasons to travel and for how long.

A few things you need to show:
- Ties to return (home, business, investments, job)
- Ties to country of citizenship
- Salary to afford visit
- Travel history

A consultant can help but you need to address reasons.

Thank you for your input.
Can you suggest any website to order GCMS notes.

I am in Saudi Arabia since 2006 and in the same company. My family is in my home country. I have property there but not on my name.

Google - order GCMS notes.

What do you do? Why Canada? You have to overcome the fact you don’t live in country of citizenship. You don’t have property, and even if it was it is not a tie since you have been in Saudi since 2066.

So you have visited before since you say it is one of your favourite countries? How long was visit and where you planning on going.

- Ties to Saudi (job letter with approved leave and show long term employment, long term work permit/PR, property, investments, )
- Job: show pay and any future promotions/salary increases
- Ties to country of citizenship
- Funds (cash)
- Travel history to Uk, US, NZ or AUS.
