Refusal for two times

hello guys

i got first refusal under the issue of offer letter as they told me that You have not submitted offer letter

At Second time the gave me general reason

After I ordered caips which describe that I have 5.5 in one module (overall 6.5)

But before applying at University of Windsor, I confirmed that they Approve my application under the overall band score only so because of that I applied at University of Windsor and got offer letter

Now I am going to submit for Third time .

Is there Any suggestion As I will submit file with Same IELTS TRF..

Plz give suggestions

u should not apply with same ielts, get 6 bands each and apply
