refusal decision

our application refused on Monday. We were asked to justified large sum of money put in the account by February 2014 when we were asked to conduct medical. An evidence of sales of property was sent to justify the large sum in the account then. Also a fix deposit certificate done for the fund immediately was also sent from the bank but the case worker rejected that he was not convience that we sold the property . Pls can i appeal thru an immigaration lawyer in canada ,if yes any link to a reliable lawyer.

. N3.5m is the fund in the statement . While evidence sent are offer for sale,cheque issued by the buyer,offer for sale and a copy of sales agreement.

Sorry for what has happened to you. May I ask you have you maintained those large sum throughout the process from the time it was deposited or you withdraw in between and again put into your account when you are asked for clarification? What document did you send initially? was it current bank certification letter without bank statement?

@subash, statement was sent initially and not bank certificate may be I would have sent a certified bank balances then. The fund was put in fixed deposit again when they asked for clarification. Since I have evidence of new fund I don't know what else they want again . Can I have a genuine case to appeal please

They are very strict on their decision. I think, transferring those funds from your saving account into fixed deposit is the cause of suspicion. I am yet unclear did you not maintain those sum into your account even it was large deposit?

If you want to appeal, you will need a lawyer in Canada to represent your case since they will have to appear in court to represent you (you can't use a lawyer outside of Canada). Be prepared to spend $3K to $5K on this appeal.

really sorry for u.....u shud have consulted someone on this issue, we don't know on what point they can make rejection or objection. sometimes for us the thing is of no value but for them that can be the only thing to consider. good luck for ur future. consult someone else b4 going to appeal in court. it can cause strain on ur balance as well as time. if possible apply again if ur NOC is not hot. better take expert suggestions and advice. good luck buddy.
