Dear Seniors

Recently I have been refused by the canadian embassy of Pakistan. They think that I have submitted a fradulant degree of graduation and disqualify me for 2 years.

I have done Master Degree in IT and I am in Professional serevice for last 6-9 years, out
of that approximatelly 5 years after Master degree. I have submitted them letter and ask
them to give me time for clearing this issue. They gave me one month which was insufficent
for me. I was unable to respond within the time they give me. Then I received a letter about
the decision they made as stated above

In fact, my case is still in University of rectification. I was so confident that I have also
deposited my Spose and three Kids fees before they ask me for it.Tell me what to do if I
got the corrected degree.

1. Do I have the right to appeal for re-evaluation of my case.
2. Is there any fee for re-evaluation or appeal
3. only I have to submitt all my documents just for re-evaluation.

With Best Regards

Your application was refused, there is no appeal except to the Federal Court of Canada, if there was an error in law. If you wish to re-apply, you start from the beginning with a new application after the 2 years disqualification for misrepresentation is served.

Dear Shahzad Iqbal

It is very unfortunate that you got the refusal. I can understand your feelings at this moment. I agree with PMM but if you have got the degree, try to contact the High Commission for review of your case. The other option is Federal Court of Canada.

Could you please share your time line (submission of application and decision made). How much time did it take?

GOOD LUCK

1. You are probably too late for the Federal Court . Read http://cas-ncr-nter03.cas-satj.gc.ca/portal/page/portal/fc_cf_en/Rules

Few more things which I want to share

1. Embassy DID NOT DISQUALIFY me, on the contrary, Visa Officer is not satisfied that I am inadmissible and therefore REFUSING my application.

I have write the same words as mentioned in the letter.

2. Also make me INADMISSABLE to canada for two years from the date of this letter (30-Jan-2008).

3. When I have applied for Immigration Nov 2002, the embassy gave me letter for that the processing time of my application would be 35 - 45 months (which is supposed to be Aug 2006)

Instead embassy himself took 16 more months (including one month for degree issue) and giving me only one month for resolving the issue.

Any way is there still any way without waiting for such a long period of time (as mentioned by M S Chaudhry that if I have got the degree, try to contact the High Commission for review of my case. The other option is Federal Court of Canada.)
or

I must say GOOOD BYE CANADA and look for other country.
