Deferred for jan intake...now taking online classes.
Just got refusal on 22 feb....this is not my profile...my cousin profile

Had a previous refusal on jan 2020.....only one reason that time....you will not leave canada at the end of your study....now is also the same reason

Then it means there were no changes to SOP. Your cousin needs to create a strong SOP why he wants to study in Canada while there are prestigious schools in other countries or can study the same course in his/her/them country. Since your cousin has taken some classes, he/she/they can attach the enrolment letter when submitting another application.
