One way tickets to Seattle are cheap and fully refundable.
Which airlines offer fully refundable tickets to countries over seas?
One way "Flex" tickets from Air Canada travelling to Korea (my point of origin) cost about 1.5 grand and have a 200$ fee if you wish to cancel
One way "Latitude" tickets cost more than 2.5 grand but have no service charge in order to get a full refund.
Anyone else have some ideas? Better options?
