I have a contract agreement letter with Agro Greenland Farm Canada. I disagree with the employer & Canadian visa consulate resident about the fees of visa which is very expensive in comparisson with website Canada.ca and the method of payment which made on behalf of unknown persons and via wafacash.
The company promise me visa & air Ticket before 15/12/2024. There is no visa nor air ticket
I canceled by email the visa process and contract agreement letter and i request the refund of 2675
CAD but they close their phone , no answer to my email.
Could you please indicate how to get the refund from the company as there is no relation in what written in the contract and their behavior toward me .
They didnt confirm the cancellation & refund of the file of visa .
