Refund of my Visa Fees.

Hi Friends,
I came to know that I have applied for FSW:NOC-2174 too late as the cap limit is already nearing 300. Along with the application, I had sent a demand draft of 1100CAD as processing fees and i am wondering if the CIC returns my application because of the cap limit, will they return the DD and my original IELTS result forms..?? Because British Council will not give another copy of my IELTS score and i am planning to reapply next year.. I don't want to take the IELTS again..!!

Getting a copy of IELTS is something some people find easy and others are told they have no hope! My thought would be that they might be happy to send a copy of the IELTS to an "organisation" rather than to yourself; perhaps there is some mileage there for you.

I'm a CC so I'll let someone else answer the DD question (though my guess would be they send it back to you and you take it back to your bank).

If you do not fall in CAIP ......all package will be returned as it is ......and you can go back to bank or exchange company for cancellation of Draft.

you will get your whole application package along with your DD.
they will just take away the attached self addressed labels for them to send back the app to you.
also, bank will not be able to cancel ur DD if u dnt have the original DD with u...
they send the app through snail mail... so it takes time to reach its destination..

Thank you for your response lids2154.. Any idea about the next year NOC list.?? I am hearing that Canada is planning to implement EOI procedure soon.. are they planning this for next year..??? is it difficut to apply through EOI when compare to the current procedure..??

from the other posts, it states that the EOI system will be placed in start of 2015. unfrtntly, there will be nothng in 2014... bt lets c and hope fr some good news frm CIC...

If the CAP is full, they will return your all docs with the paid amount.

In case CAP is reached , they will return your package ,as it is.

IELTS is valid for 2 years from result date.
