Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) and not the processing fee.

if it is only cancelled due to incomplete information, they will refund you in full.

I am doubtful about my son's birth certificate,which is in two languages-regional and English. The govt agency which prints this certificate missed writing the hospital name in the English section but wrote it in the regional language section. Other details are complete. We never paid attention to it until now that I have to attach it in express entry application. No time to get it amended.
