refund of fee for withdrawing old application : seniors please advice

I have already undergone medicals and submitted my PP+ RPRF under fast track program.
I have another old application going ( may 2006 ) , the status of that old application is also IN PROCESS , if i get the visa , i will be withdrawing my old application .
My question is that once i withdraw my old application , will i get a refund of my fee ?

did u mention that u have applied earlier on ...?is it necessary to send covering letter stated we already

applied...

May I ask a question? didn't IO request you to withdraw your old application during process of new file so far ? becuase before issuing Visa, CHC must close your old and pendding application. did you mention that you have an already pendding application under old rule in your new file application form?
and about your question: If you did not already recieve a letter that has been sent to most of applicants under old rule which has limmited applicant to 60 days decison about withdrawing or retaining that old file, then you will get refund, otherwise you will not.
