Refund for visitor extension application

Hello! I applied for a visitor extension, I waited for more than 2 months for confirmation and finally I had to come back to my country without an answer. I'm trying to get a refund as they didn't start to process the application, but I don't find the way to do this. Any help?

Anyone can apply for a refund. Whether it is approved depends on whether processing has started or not. Given the current processing times of visitor extensions, OP has a good chance of a refund.
