This tread with be focused on getting a refund from MIDI for our "un-entertained" application in MonProject.
Does anyone know how to initiate the refund processes?
If you read the letter given to you in your mon projet. It says as follows:

Si vous ne souhaitez plus immigrer au Québec de façon permanente
Si en date du 16 décembre 2019, vous n'avez pas déposé de déclaration d'intérêt dans
Arrima, sachez que vous ne pourrez pas faire l'objet d'une invitation à déposer une
demande de sélection permanent sur la base de l'article 20.1 de la loi. Par la suite, les
droits exigibles que vous avez payés au moment de la présentation de votre demande
vous seront remboursés, conformément à ce qui est prévu à l'article 20 de la loi. Au
moment opportun, vous recevrez la procédure à suivre pour obtenir ce remboursement.

If you do not want to immigrate to Quebec permanently
If, as of December 16, 2019, you have not filed a declaration of interest in Arrima, be aware that you will not be able to receive an invitation to submit a request for permanent selection on the basis of Article 20.1 of the Law. Subsequently, the fees you paid when you submitted your application

So , it seems they will provide you information on your mon projet advising you the procedure to get refund.
Other than that , i would say to wait for a month , if you do not get any updates on refund procedure ; call MIDI directly.
