I have for experienced forum members. I had sent in an application - fsw with job offer but my application was refused at Sydney before being sent to vo-Ottawa. Am I eligible for a refund? Is so how would I go about requesting one? Please help.

at CIO level application is not refused always returned due to incomplete ..........if your fee is deducted from credit card then it will be reversed in few days.........
