Can anyone please tell me what is the duration of refund and how and to whom one should communicate in case of delay?

I got my application cancelled and is awaiting refund since 15+ days

I got my application cancelled and is awaiting refund since 15+ days

When our first application was refused, it took almost a month to get our money back and we didn't have any information when it was actually been refunded, just the rejection letter stated that we will be refunded.
if it's only 2 weeks i wouldn't worry too much, probably will take a bit longer, especially on this holiday period everything is a bit slower in admin ;-)
