Refund and background

Hi,
I paid my application fee to wrong account of CIC canada. They reject my application and says you can withdraw your money from HPM office.
First I want to know how can I get it back? Is there any template that I can fill it for refound ?
Should I mail it or fax it or any other way ?
How long does it takes to withdraw my money ?
Could I nominate my anunt(she is living in canada) or my friend as representitive to send the check to them ?
which evidence should I attach ?
Please helpppppp, I'm getting crazy !!!!


The second issue is that I don't know they took a look at my application, so I need to know my background is detail enough or not ?
