U.S. study visa has been approved and I want to cancel Canada application.

I have done the biometric test, application updated showing biometric has been done but application has not been processed since May. Is it possible to get a refund of the processing fee paid for online study visa application?

Firstly, Congratulations on getting your US study permit! Way to go!

Since they have not yet started processing your application, you can ask for a refund. In any case, you would want to withdraw your application as you do not need the study permit any more. You can use the webform as below. Please note that you will not have your UCI number yet, so do not worry, you do not need to input that. However, you should input your application number which starts with an "S".

Hope this helps!
