Hello friends, my 2 years work permit will expire end of January. (Refugee, waiting for PR) Do you guys know that how early I can apply for extension? Can I apply around late November or it has to be less than 30 days before the expiration date? (I have an appointment for US visa in February and need a valid work permit for that)

Hi, @Sad93 you should apply as early as possible, don't wait until last month.
The minimum requirement is applying a month before the expiration date so they can send you a letter of confirmation which you can use to continue work until a decision is made.
However since the processing time for a work permit now is around 132 days, it is wise to apply as soon as possible. Hope this helps.
