Unlikely anyone will do the leg work for you for this open ended question given the multiple countries in Europe.

Go the website of the diplomatic post in Canada for each country you want to travel to and see if:

1. Accept the RTD as a valid travel document (some don't).

2. Exempt you from visa requirements on the strength of the RTD.

Some countries will finger print you and retain your travel document until the date you leave their territory...too many Canadian refugees asylum shopping in the EU.
