Likely it will get sorted out in the internal mail. Give it a couple days. Calling daily is excessive. They do have to receive and process the applications. They will also have to transfer your mail to the other department if they dropped it off at the wrong place. What you can do is phone the courier company and ask for a refund if they dropped at the wrong place. And please enough with the bros. Women and men interact on this forum.

Ihave come across in this thread that for RTD we need to prove that we dont have any our home country passport, so in my case the notice of seizure is to be sent, but ilost that notice in my bag few months back , could some body letme knw how can i get the notice?? thank you guys ! I am wondering how come the agents at CIC do not have enough information to answer our inquiries , I did not get same answers every time I called them. The Courier does not want to recognize that the depot delivered at wrong address. have a good day guys !!

People who work in customer service are often not paid well and there is likely quite a lot of turnover. Multiple hotlines at the government give out incorrect information. Always try to do the research yourself or get things in writing.
I am applying for a refugee travel document and I haven't known a guarantor for 6 months. If I use the statutory declaration in place of a guarantor form will it take longer for it to be processed?

Processing times are always estimates. There is no confirmation of receipt of application for any travel document.
