No validation. Guarantor have to sign your application, copy of your id docuemnt and your photo back. Thats all. All instructions are written in application pdf read it wellDo we need to validate the Refugee travel document form for adults before printing it? Cause I didn’t find any button to validate it? Also, does the guarantor need to sign just the photocopy of the ID document, application and picture??
So they don’t have to sign the notice of seizure and notice of decision??No validation. Guarantor have to sign your application, copy of your id docuemnt and your photo back. Thats all. All instructions are written in application pdf read it well

To apply for the Refugee Travel Document (RTD), each family member must submit an individual application.Thank you! Also, the guarantor only needs to sign their section on the application form right or all 3 pages? And..did you apply for multiple
Family members at once? If yes, did you mail all the applications together in one envelope or what?
Alright got it! However, I read on the forum that we need to provide at least one ID that has a signature, date of birth, picture etc and the Ontario drivers license fulfilled all those requirements that’s why I only got that copied and signed because it said that we need to provide at least one so is that okay?To apply for the Refugee Travel Document (RTD), each family member must submit an individual application.
For example, if you are 3 people, you will need:
- 3 separate forms (one per person)
- 2 IDs per person (total of 6 for 3 people)
- 2 passport photos per person
- One must be signed on the back by the guarantor
- Notice of Decision for each applicant
- Seized passport if applicable
- Any other required documents for each individual
Important – Guarantor requirements:
- The guarantor must complete and sign Part 2: Declaration of Guarantor (see instructions, Section H)
- The guarantor must sign the back of one photo
- The guarantor must sign and date both IDs
All applications and documents can be sent together in one envelope.
I think you are rightAlright got it! Yes so the Ontario Drivers Licence fulfills all their requirements itself so I didn’t think I need to provide something elseI think you are right
You need to provide at least one (1) document to support your identity. The identification document (ID) must be valid and be issued by a federal, provincial/ territorial government authority (or local equivalent abroad). The ID must include your name, date of birth, photo and signature. If you cannot obtain ID(s) with signature because it is not issued by your jurisdiction, your ID(s) may be accepted without it. One or more document(s), when combined, may be used to fulfill these criteria.
