Refugee travel document needs a guranteer and two refrences how can I provide? I don’t know anyone

I need advice on applying for rtd as i got approved as a protected refugee with my 10year son in may 2019, I downloaded the form it has a requirement for a guaranteer and 2 refrences any idea how to provide since I don’t know people here also i am planning to travel to Germany and Turkey with my son what is the visa requirement? Also what kind of funds I need to show to get the visas

Sometimes your doctor or lawyer are willing to act as a guarantor although some request payment. Not sure about Turkey but you can visit Germany with RTD without a visa. If you happen to be receiving welfare you may be limited to how long you can remain outside Canada and still receive payment.

Will also depend on how long you want to be outside Canada.

No i am not taking any welfare but not having a lot of savings too .thankyou so much I will check with my family doctor also any other countries I can travel with RTD without visa? Appreciate your response
