I applied last month by mail. Then using the webform you can ask for urgent processing.

Hello friends. I need your advice. I applied for a Refugee travel document 9 months ago, and about 1.5 months ago, when I called IRCC, the officer said they called me for verification. However, I missed the call. What should I do next? I urgently need this. Please show me a way. ://
End of last month. I called them twice and they informed me to wait as its in process.

I have send my application for the RTD on july 21 2023 via post canada.
About a week ago, i receive a call from ircc to confirm my address.
And i still waiting for a miracle. (May be by friday next week).

The address mentioned in page 4 in the application form. There is no best way to apply. In both cases your application will be delivered to the office.
I send it via post canada to Gatineau office.
RTD ! You can't apply electronically... bcp they need a physical photo with all the sigmature on the back.

What the difference between Gatineau office and Ottawa office? Should we mail it to the address written in the application? Am I right?
I am myself confuse on the best address. But follow what is on the 4th page.
