Hi,
I have applied to renew my travel document. After submitting web request form agent asked me for tracking number. My Ireland visa is expiring 22 days. Agent said my application is marked as urgent. Can some one share his views?

they told me the same thing maybe 5 times, I applied in november I have medical issues.

They initially received my application on June 27, 2022. It is marked urgent. On Nov 21, 2022, additional documents added to the file. Verifications need to be done. Cannot estimate how long it will take. However, it is marked urgent.
Until today no responds no update

I know someone who submitted an application for a travel document since june 16, 2022. Since then she hasn't receive any correspondence from them.

Having your Irish visa expiring soon isn’t usually a reason for urgent processing. If there was an urgent reason you had to travel to Ireland in the next 22 days and you had proof that would be different.
