Refugee to PR

Hello Guys,
I came to Canada from Namibia as a refugee. And since then I have been in Canada for the past 3 years working and paying my tax. I just want to know when and how I can apply for PR. Or will I remain as a refugee status in Canada for ever?

She means to say this section of the forum is for CEC applicants hence applicants here may have less info on PR applications made by refugees. I believe there is a section for refugees.
