So i went to united states after becoming a Canadian citizen and at the border i was asked i seeked asylum in canada. Yes i do have a student record in usa but its all clean as a whistle. So how does usa know that and will i be asked the same question over and over again even after becoming a Canadian citizen.

The US and Canada share immigration information and so the US will know you claimed asylum in Canada. So yes, it's possible you may be asked that question again. Make sure you answer 100% truthfully.

Because it’s 2024
The access to data the border agencies have to is immense

When I worked at the airport I asked a US officer how much information they have access to ?
He said if they need to they can drill down to where you were born , home addresses , employers….
Nothing can be hidden
Claiming asylum history wouldn’t be a in-depth search , it would be on your file permanently
You don’t tell the truth you can be looking at never being allowed entry into the USA
Citizenship doesn’t change who you are, nor change the fact you claimed asylum

How do i apply from Nigeria for the first time

You cannot apply from Nigeria directly. You would need to obtain a TRV (tourist visa), fly to Canada, and then claim asylum once you are in Canada.

of July 2024 ODSP has been increased up to 4.5% due to recent inflation

Hi, how can I apply I am a refugee from Uganda thanks

You can't apply from Uganda. You would need to get a TRV / tourist visa, fly to Canada, and then apply for refugee status once you are here.
