Hi! My friend got their short hearing. The judge asks about a few things from your BOC. And it takes usually 30-45 mins.

Claim on 12 dec,2023
received Aoc without medical letter on 18 dec,2023
My medical letter was missing
Did medical upfront on 22 Feb, 2024
Eligible Interview and received Work Permit on 26 March,2023
Received less complex letter on 19 april,2024
My lawyer submitted my documents after the due date (timelimit to process be in file review)
In December 2024, lawyer told me I am scheduled for short hearing it's going to be March,2025
