Refugee received AIP while reporting to CBSA- help?

Hi my wife was a rejected refugee Claimant, we received AIP for our inland sponsorship and also won the Appeal at federal court the next day...should we continue with our reporting to cbsa? Its been 60 days but we have'nt got ant letter from cbsa/cic.

Absolutely continue reporting to the CBSA until such time as the CBSA ends the condition imposed.

The information about the AIP is available to CBSA, but you could also take the confirmation on the next reporting date and ask if reporting is still required.

You want to be sure that the database information is updated with the change in condition if made by the CBSA to avoid a warrant being issued for failure to comply.

Generally if you contact the CIC 1-800 number a message can be relayed to the appropriate CBSA office that would handle the file. That number can be found at cic.gc.ca.

Was in a similar situtuation. Was told by CBSA at GTEC that we should receive a letter stating that reporting is no longer required....still waiting...
