After second hearing how many days you got NOD?Hey Members,
So today finally I received my Positive NOD after starting this difficult process back in 2018. I had a virtual hearing in October that got postponed to the first week of December. Here is my timeline :
1. Applied for a refugee claim in mid-2018
2. First hearing in 2020 and received a negative NOD after 6 months in September 2020.
3. Appealed in October and RAD allowed the appeal in FEB 2021 but referred back to RPD for a second hearing.
4. Finally got a hearing in October 2022, but was postponed 2 days before because of administrative reasons.
5. Had a hearing in December 2022, and received a positive NOD today.
It was a long process and very hectic, a lot of scammers are sitting there to exploit you but you just have to keep your head up and never give up. Thanks to this form I was able to get very important information free of cost which otherwise people charge you an Arm and leg.
