refugee had PR and wife need to travel home country

hi friends.
my friend and his wife and their little daughter had pr card through the refugee system, the danger in home country was for he and his wife didnt have any problem in home country. now the question is that can his wife and daughter travel to a country and then from that country travel to their home country and comeback in 2 month?
could them get a passport of their home country from their home country embassy in the connect country?
is a problem in their return to canada?

Yes they get the status as part of refugee application.

In that case, they have the same restrictions as the principal applicant, as far as I am aware.
