If a refugee gets married in a country of origin embassy in a third country. Is that become a problem when refugee sends marriage certificate to Canada government?

If you've claimed protection from your home country, probably best to avoid anything that involves said country.....like visiting their embassy.
Of course. You don't request nothing from your country. Specially embassies. Immigration request a list of services every year and check with their protected person list.

Oh really, I was not aware of that. But I am gonna be at embassy in a third country. Do you mean IRCC does that? What happens if they found out? Some of the paralegal person said that it only comes up when they do really detailed work but I am not sure. It will be easier to get married in a embassy rather than notary of third country
They do and you could Lost your status. Check because I think You can get marriage here in any registry. Just double check the requirements.
Yes but the problem is my boyfriends visitor visa rejected that's why we are planning to get married and add him to my pr application. I think that's our only hope
If you´re relationship is true you can add him as common -law. You have on year window to add him/her to the application But remember, that will delay your application processing time.
Double check what im telling you but as far as I know you can add him right now but must have proof of the relationship.
We have relationship over 10 years right now actually we have so much proof but it has been 15 months that I have submitted my pr application probably I can not add him right now, right? I was not aware of that thing. Omg, wish I have know this 3 month ago

You better talk with a lawyer but I think you can even now.
A country’s embassy abroad is technically considered territory of that country not the country it is located in. That is why you should not enter or have any contact with your home country’s embassy abroad.
Here's a worse case scenario for you to consider....once you step into your home country embassy, you have ZERO protection from any actions they may choose to take against you. Especially outside of Canada. You are still a citizen of that country and subject to their laws.
all IRCC cares about is the marriage is valid in the country the ceremony is performed in. You don't have to go to an embassy to get married.
edit: iRCC doesn't have to do a whole lot of investigation to figure out you got married in the embassy....the marriage certificate will provide that information for them.

Yes safety is an issue but so is risk of cessation. If you get married in your home country embassy you would be getting married in your home country which puts at risk your protected person status in Canada.

As I said, I spoke with a paralegal and he said it won't be a problem and after that I decided to check here if there is anyone have any experience and right now I am wondering about people who gives effort to type something that is not gonna touch a tiny help to other people
How is a paralegal qualified to give you immigration advice? You are receiving bad advice and should have zero contact with your home country or use your home country passport. Pay for a lawyer if you want good advice.
