Apply PR

Then after PR apply- Wait for decision from 1 to 2 year to get PR approval.


Are these the total steps??

Pls guide if anything needs to know about steps. Pls correct me if anything needs to be added in these steps.

Share your timeline. When did you submit the claim and when did you got your claimant document or referral ? Are you in Toronto ?
 
What can I do,I applied online to withdraw my application and they sent me work permit.. is it possible for my withdraw tale place.

Applied for asylum: Mar7,2023
Already did medical from previous application
Biometrics : Apr 30, 2023 I then changed my province from Ontario to BC on my interview
File got lost for a few months
Had to speak to CBSA and IRCC on Oct 22,2023 to finally find my file then was called in for eligibility interview on Nov 6,2023 in Vancouver.
File was referred to IRB on Nov 6
Lawyer submitted my evidence Nov 14,2023.
Received hearing date on Dec 19, 2023
Hearing was virtual on Jan 23,2024
Positive NOD received on the spot

My mom’s lawyer told her that she doesn’t need to submit any evidence until the court hearing. Where did yours submit your evidence? Thanks

Thanks, my lawyer submitted the evidence after I received the hearing date

Sorry I submitted my evidence to my lawyer on Nov 14 but my lawyer submitted an updated BOC on Nov 14 same day then evidence she submitted after getting a hearing date

PASSED MEDICAL 8/11/2023

Applied online.
Location: Toronto
How long I am going to wait to get the WP?
Is there anyone here applied in November and got his WP ?

Based on the average processing time, you may have your eligibility interview in the next 1-3 months, and you will likely receive your WP on the spot.
