Does it make difference, if I move to other province before eligibility interview? I have submitted BOC, done medical and background check is completed. Any advice please?
It is an important issue, but nothing stops you from moving. Notify IRCC in a web form of the change of address.Does it make difference, if I move to other province before eligibility interview? I have submitted BOC, done medical and background check is completed. Any advice please?

The moving will not affect your application. There are other factors (who is actually processing the file, etc) to take into consideration. Do not worry, get on with your life. Thanks for replying
Does it affect processing time positively or negatively?
Thank you Scylla,The chances of a TRV being approved are extremely low due to your refugee claim. However they can certainly try.
