The chance is about 20% at Judicial Review. Very slim chance especially if it’s on credibility. My best advice is to apply for H&C along side to avoid being in limbo.

Yes. But I still got the RAD dismissed. It all depends on the officer. I wish you the very best.

You need to file JR to stay in status or you risk evacuation. But don’t hope for your RAD to be dismissed. Stay positive and be hopeful.

You don’t need to apply for JR to apply for H&C. If your JR gets denied you will be in the same position if you then apply for H&C. If you are out of status you risk removal when applying for H&C but it is usually put on hold until your H&C is processed.

Canada can't deport me because of Iam from one of country that Canada doesn't have deportation order as well as in back home ministry of foreign affairs and Immigrant they're don't accept those refugees deported
