Hey everyone we got letter in which this is stated what that mean,
Notice of intent to intervene
As they concerned for credibility and program integrity. Because I applied my husband spousal sponsorship and everything is done just waiting for Copr. Do we withdraw Refugee file or should he go for hearing.

Do not withdraw. Yes, go to the hearing.

You do not want to withdraw until his spousal sponsorship application has been fully approved and he has COPR.

Work with the lawyer, Yes you can withdraw after receiving COPR but make sure "credibility and program integrity" information were not or part of spousal sponsorship application..
