Hello sir/ mam..
My name is Raju khan..I am 25 years old..I am a bangladeshi..But Now i stay in malaysia for political opinio. Beause my country not save for my life.. My country opposition party people want to kill me.. Opposition party people attack me and The head was blazed for murder.but god save me..then i come to malaysia and stay here over 1 year 6 month.
1.Now can i apply for asylum visa in canada?
2.Where i apply? Because malaysia don't have any IRCC office or canada embassy..
3.How can i apply?Please tell me all process step by step. I mean where i apply? which application from have to fill up?.where submit the form? What documents need submit with aplication form? Where take my interview?my all document need translation in english?and how many time take for my asylum cause?Because after 6 month expire my malaysia visa.. So after the 6 months i can't stay here..

There are only two ways to apply for refugee.
1) Get the TRV (Visitor Visa) to come to Canada and then apply at port of entry (airport).
2) Get register with UNHCR as refugee if they accept your application then they will get you resettled in Canada or elsewhere it is up to them.

All Malaysian residence apply for TRV at Canadian High Commission in Singapore by submitting their application at VFS in Malaysia.

I don't know time frames but it is not guaranteed that you will be resettled in Canada, they can resettled you in any other country as well.

You can try applying for a TRV - however it will most likely be refused due to your age, current country of residence, and lack of ties to your home country.

If you go the refugee route, you must start by being recognized as a refugee by UNHCR. UNHCR will then decide where you will be resettled.

There’s nothing like asylum visa. You’ll apply with UNHRC and they’ll decide for you which country to be relocated to.

IF they UNHCR decides you get resettled. Think only 1% of refugees actually get resettled. There is no guarantee you will be resettled to another country.

Unless you have family or close friends in Canada, it's unfortunately very unlikely you will find a sponsor. Your best option is to be recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and allow UNHCR to find a place for you to live (of course no guarantee that will be Canada).
