The reference letter I have is with the below format:
This is to certify that <Name> is working at <company name> from Aug 12th, 2014 to date. She joined as <title1>, on Jun 28th, 2016 got promoted to <title2 2> and on July 10th, 2017 got promoted to <title3>.
During her service, she has been performing the below mentioned the roles and responsibilities:
As <title 2> and <title 1>:

Now, the doubts I have are:
1. For all 3 different titles can I upload this lettter as it contains all the titles responsibilities?
2. No. Of hours are must?
3. Monthy/ annual income is my current salary.
4. I have only 4 responsibilities for each title
5. Title 1 and 2 has same responsibilities
Is there any issue or this letter will work?
As my organisation will not change anything in this now.
