I got ITA recently and preparing my applications... I worked as HR for past 7+ yrs and my consultant are asking me to frame sentences almost similar to my NOC inimy referral letter to get maximum probability to get through my application... Whereas my employer not accepting to give in different formats..... When I planned for statutory letter.... It seems we need to get it from someone who was/is in a level higher to me... In this case they are fearing to sign in statutory letter as because as per company policy no employee should sign in any documents which is related to official without company knowledge...... I am struck here... My previous employer are readily giving in the acceptable format only thing being the roles and responsibilities are not exactly matching with my NOC... my consultant are saying if I proceed with this likely chances are there to reject my application..... Can someone guide me here...
