Should I mention the same duties as its mentioned for this NOC. Should I write with difference words or all words and meaning can be the same?
What is the standard form/draft of succeded Reference letter? Pls share your experience.

Don't copy paste each sentence line by line. But use the keywords and construct your own sentence. You can add additional duties but it have to match like 70% with the described duties.
